The Last Piece

I was able to get an acupuncture appointment for Friday. The only slot he had available was in the afternoon and I’ll have to leave work early. He is going to call his 5:45 to see if the patient would switch since with me I will already be missing work the day before for the ultras0und. How great is my acupuncturist?!

Does anyone have any timing suggestions? I’m going to ask the R E for his suggestion but I value your opinions too. How many hours post tr!gger should I insem? We’re doing one home insem with frozen. It’s washed but we’re not doing I U I at home.

They’re so close

I checked my tracking number and the man in a can is sitting in a sort facility 18 miles away from my house and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I’m excited! I have an acupuncture appointment tomorrow and hopefully will be trying by the end of the week. Just waiting for a sign that the eggs gonna drop. Wish me luck (if anyone out there is still reading).

The Plan is in Motion

The chromosomes are ordered. They will be arriving Monday. Tonight I will take my third dose of Cl 0 mid. I had a very good acu puncture session Monday and will have another next Monday. Hopefully all will go as planned and this time next week I’ll be sp3rmy.

We were planning on waiting until this summer to try but there was no way it would have been possible. I have a few upcoming trips for work and will be out of town every other week from Memorial Day until the middle of July. Timing around that schedule would be hell. I didn’t want to wait any later to try. If this cycle doesn’t work we won’t be trying again until the end of the summer. That is unless my cycles line up perfectly with when I will be home. All big ifs but at least I’m moving forward. I had always hoped to be a mother before I turned 30. That isn’t going to happen but maybe I can be pregnant before 30.

I love getting poked

I absolutely love acupuncture. I love the feeling that I have for the rest of the day after a session. It is so relaxing. I go every two weeks. If given the choice of a massage or acupuncture, I would definitely pick acupuncture. I also love my acupuncturist. We are very like minded and get along very well.  He brought me a photo of his son dressed up for his first Halloween, so cute! He’s done a lot of fertility work and has had a lot of success with P C O S patients. He has been able to regulate my cycles (except for the monster cycle screwed up by my surgery) and I’m ovulating on my own.

He has tweaked my herbs a bit. Increased my dosages of some and decreased others. I also had a western med change today. My TSH has been too high for the past few months and my med dosage was increased. It will be checked again in 6 weeks to see how my levels are.
